Parts Specialist/Customer Service
Brampton

Full-time on-site position- 8am-5pm
Salary Up to 65K

Job description and responsibilities:

  • Receive and fill orders for parts, via phone, e-commerce, email, customer visit
  • Source parts for both internal (service department) and external customers
  • Utilize OEM and aftermarket parts catalogs to provide pricing and availability
  • Fill customer orders from stock and place orders when requested items are out of stock.
  • Communicate parts recommendations, lead times, and back-orders with customer.
  • Ship, track and receive parts shipments - vendor inbound and customer outbound.
  • Process sales and other transactions, invoicing based on customer\'s account standing
  • Organize, monitor, and replenish branch parts inventory
General qualifications:
  • Proficient in relevant software - Microsoft Office mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be customer focused
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Must have strong trouble shooting skills and attention to detail
Experience with Automotive or Forklift parts required!
