As our agency continues to grow we are looking for Affiliate Managers to join the team and be part of this fast-paced growing company.
LOCATION:
The Affiliate Account Manager is a remote, work from home position. Canada, US, and LATAM locations will be considered, however, however, we are looking for candidates that have Native (near to Native) English proficiency.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager, who can autonomously manage a portfolio of affiliate programs for our clients. This person will be responsible for leading the client relationship as well as all client deliverables, account strategy, and execution. Job responsibilities include driving strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships.
ABOUT YOU:
\xe2\x97\x8f 3-4+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of and experience working with Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten, etc.)
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations, and client service.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strategic and execution mindset
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to solve problems and work independently
\xe2\x97\x8f Confidence and eloquence in client meetings
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong reporting and analytical skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies and tactics based on client-specific goals
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs
\xe2\x97\x8f Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makers
\xe2\x97\x8f Define, monitor, and analyze trends in clients\xe2\x80\x99 metrics & KPIs
\xe2\x97\x8f Produce forecasts, and set budgets for the affiliate program.
\xe2\x97\x8f Execute creative and promotion changes based on content calendars
\xe2\x97\x8f Lead all recruitment, activation, payment, compliance, and communication to affiliates
\xe2\x97\x8f Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure deals
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tactics
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate the performance of programs, and recommend improvements
