As an Advertising Project Consultant, will be part of the Atelier La Presse team, responsible for offering advertisers the best and most effective solutions for reaching their customers.



Reporting to our General Manager in Toronto, you will be paired with sales rep(s) and will be responsible for cultivating positive business relationships with advertisers, both through agencies and client direct.

Your challenges

Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the ad campaigns' lifecycle Responding promptly to an advertiser's inquiry Operationalizing the requirements of the campaign Producing campaign reports, right through to final billing Overseeing and coordinating sales sheets with the Montreal Creativity Team Acting as the point person for the CPP team in MTL Acting as point person for the Ad Ops team in MTL Translating the Sales sheets, and Special section sales sheets for our team Taking ownership of The Toronto Team Sales Drive - including our Team Channels - maintaining and refreshing the content as needed

What we need

Holding a university or college graduate (Business or Communications preferred) Possessing a minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing or advertising Demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects at a time with strong attention to detail and being able to work well under strict deadlines Having knowledge of CRM toolsHaving experience with ad servers (preferred) Possessing knowledge of traditional and online advertising Having previous experience in advertising, preferably online advertising Being organized, proactive, responsible, working well under pressure and being committed to quality Being solution-oriented and having a can-do attitude Being bilingual (French and English) is preferred
