About the opportunity
We are seeking a Paid Search Manager to lead our branded and non-branded search strategy across the Americas, EMEA, and ANZ. This role is responsible for managing our media agency partners, driving measurable business outcomes, and ensuring our paid search investments deliver quality leads, pipeline, and ROI. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with a solid grasp of paid search mechanics, B2B SaaS buying cycles, and global campaign management.
What you'll get to do

  • Search Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and own the global paid search strategy for branded and non-branded campaigns.
  • Partner with external agencies to ensure campaigns are optimized not only for CTR/CPC but for pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
  • Oversee budget allocation across regions, balancing efficiency with growth opportunities.
  • Agency Leadership
  • Serve as the main point of contact for media agency, setting clear expectations, KPIs, and performance guardrails.
  • Challenge and validate agency recommendations, ensuring alignment to business goals.
  • Drive accountability on pacing, testing, and reporting.
  • Work with agency partners to write compelling search ad copy to increase engagement
  • Data & Analytics
  • Track and analyze performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging search platforms.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and attribution by integrating with Salesforce, Power BI, GA4, and other marketing systems.
  • Translate campaign performance into business terms for executive reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with demand generation, brand, content, and regional marketing to align paid search with broader go-to-market efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal growth marketing partners to ensure paid search delivers high-quality leads and pipeline.
  • Innovation & Optimization
  • Stay ahead of evolving search formats and AI-driven changes (e.g., Performance Max, AI Overviews, Answer Engine Optimization).
  • Lead a structured test-and-learn agenda to continually improve campaign efficiency.
  • Recommend budget shifts, optimizations and new investments based on performance insights.
Skills and experience we value
  • 5-7+ years of experience in paid search, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven experience managing global campaigns across multiple regions and markets.
  • Strong background in agency management with ability to challenge and influence.
  • Deep understanding of paid search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), automation, and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to connect search metrics to pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience with marketing tech stack integrations (Salesforce, GA4, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills--able to present complex insights to senior leadership simply and clearly.
  • Growth mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
