We are in search of an Advertiser Program Manager who is ready to embark on a dynamic journey to shape innovative campaigns and drive strategic partnerships.

As the dynamic counterpart to our Publisher Program Manager, you\'ll be essential in our quest for advertising excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advertiser spending & product adoption
  • New advertiser identification, onboarding, and performance management
  • Advertiser value propositions and advertiser expansion strategies
  • Daily advertiser optimization and reporting
  • Partner with Advertisers as well as business development process with new and potential Advertisers that would benefit from our automotive shopper audience.
  • Manage and build relationships with Advertiser clients to expand the adoption of advertising products.
  • Work closely with BD and retail to become a valuable resource and SME when it comes to Advertiser products.
  • Innovate, develop, and iterate on services based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Manage advertiser partner needs including, deal negotiations, reporting, tracking, onboarding, and ongoing management.
  • Review new potential offers and provide feedback
  • Identify and pursue Advertisers into our ad media network and work cross-functionally with publishing networks about their sites around content or ad campaigns.
  • Investigate and work directly with engineers to help them troubleshoot customer issues
  • maintain long-term business relationships with customers; and participate in retention drives.
  • Analyze and optimize performance and revenue to constantly improve client and company results.
  • Understand advertiser requirements alongside the media buying team/Publishing Manager and optimize Advertiser accounts accordingly.
  • Meet and beat margin targets weekly, monthly, quarterly annually
  • Solve issues and client escalation, and work closely with other departments to provide optimal support.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of client-facing experience in the digital media /online advertiser space
  • Solid understanding of media buying platforms and the digital marketing ecosystem, including web advertising measurements and analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of communicating with Advertiser clients to increase revenue & profitability
  • Ability to share & consult your learnings & information to Advertiser clients & internal team
  • Functional & working knowledge of Advertiser Ad servers including but not limited to DSPs & Exchanges
  • Previous experience joining a startup team that required self-starting, problem-solving, & strategic input
  • Experience working with an international team & overcoming communication challenges
  • Proactive, solid work ethic & can execute focused & thoughtful work in a startup environment
  • Ability to multi-task multiple projects & processes with great attention to detail
  • Friendly, transparent, team-player attitude
  • Proven analytical & strategic problem-solving skills
