Job Summary
An excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional

The Business Planning and Priorities Division within the Corporate Management Services Branch provides strategic business planning and corporate reporting services to the Ministry of Attorney General and the Ministry of Housing. The Division also provides secretariat and strategic planning services for the sector\xe2\x80\x99s Justice and Public Safety Council and the Justice Summit.

This role will provide technical project management coordination functions for a variety of large scale complex projects throughout the project management life-cycle (i.e. initiation, planning, execution, control and close-out). In addition, is directly accountable for assigned portions (e.g., sub projects) of larger projects as a project team member.

Job Requirements:

  • Some post-secondary education (Certificate, Diploma or higher) or training (formal course work) in the area of project management, public relations, communications or equivalent.
  • Experience providing project management and coordination services for assigned projects.

Preference may be given to candidates with the following:
  • Experience organizing and managing large-scale meetings, events or conferences.
