Admissions Counsellor

to support enrollment at its

Ottawa campus

. This role is ideal for someone with a sales mindset who enjoys speaking with people, guiding students, and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Admissions Counsellor is responsible for outreach, student advising, and managing the enrollment process for adult learners. You will speak with prospective students, explain program options, and help them take the next step toward their new career.

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and meet with prospective students Explain program details, career pathways, and admissions requirements Guide students through the full enrollment process Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in the CRM (HubSpot experience is helpful) Work toward weekly outreach and enrollment targets Support campus tours, info sessions, and events

What We're Looking For

Experience in

sales, admissions, call center, or customer service

Comfortable with

high-volume outreach

and

target-driven work

Strong communication and public speaking skills Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated Organized and reliable with follow-ups Experience with

adult learners

or

PCCs

is an asset Basic computer proficiency (email, calendars, Microsoft Office)
