Nous recherchons presentement un(e)

Conseiller(ere) aux admissions / Conseiller(ere) a l'inscription

, passionne(e) et motive(e), pour rejoindre notre equipe et accompagner les futurs etudiants tout au long de leur processus d'admission -- du premier contact jusqu'a leur integration au programme.

Responsabilites



Repondre rapidement et professionnellement aux demandes des futurs etudiants (telephone, courriel, en personne, en ligne). Effectuer des appels sortants pour presenter nos programmes et encourager les inscriptions. Mener des entrevues d'admission afin de comprendre les objectifs, besoins et motivations des candidats. Fournir des renseignements precis sur les programmes, les frais, les horaires et les politiques. Accompagner les etudiants dans toutes les etapes de l'inscription : formulaires, documents, paiements, etc. Tenir a jour les dossiers dans le CRM et s'assurer que les documents requis sont complets. Effectuer le suivi des candidats afin d'atteindre les objectifs d'inscription. Collaborer avec les equipes academiques et administratives pour assurer une integration harmonieuse. Participer aux portes ouvertes, salons, evenements promotionnels et activites de recrutement. Representer L'Academie avec professionnalisme, empathie et engagement envers la reussite etudiante.

Qualifications



Diplome/Certificate en administration, marketing ou domaine connexe. 1 a 3 ans d'experience en admissions, service a la clientele ou ventes (milieu educatif : un atout). Excellentes habiletes en communication, relations interpersonnelles et organisation. Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais (bilinguisme requis). Aisance avec les outils informatiques (Microsoft Office, CRM, courriels). Capacite a travailler de facon autonome et en equipe. Attitude positive, empathique et orientee vers le service aux etudiants.

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated

Admissions Counselor / Enrolment Advisor

to join our admissions team and support prospective students throughout the entire enrolment journey--from initial inquiry to successful program registration.

Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students (phone, email, in-person, online). Conduct outbound calls to present programs and encourage enrolment. Lead admissions interviews to understand applicants' goals, needs, and eligibility. Provide accurate information about programs, tuition, schedules, and institutional policies. Guide students through all enrolment steps: applications, documents, payments, etc. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure all required documents are submitted. Follow up with leads and applicants to meet enrolment targets. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Participate in open houses, recruitment fairs, and promotional events. Represent L'Academie with professionalism, empathy, and commitment to student success.

Qualifications



Diploma or certificate in administration, marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or sales (educational setting preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Fluency in English and French (bilingualism required). Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email). Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students.
