Description

The Admissions Coordinator plays a crucial front-line role in the Keyin College Admissions process by serving as the first point of contact for our prospective students. Their primary responsibility is to contact inbound leads promptly and professionally, engage them in meaningful conversations, qualify them for their respective interested program, and schedule interviews with the Admissions Advisor team.

This is a high-energy, target-driven role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others take the first step toward transforming their future.

What You'll Do

Make or exceed 100 outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from prospective students Qualify leads and assess interest and readiness to proceed in the admissions process Schedule interviews between prospective students and the Admissions Advisor team Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions within Keyin's CRM Conduct cadenced follow up with leads in a timely and persistent manner to maximize conversions Collaborate closely with Admissions Advisors and Marketing colleagues to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication to leads Meet or exceed daily, weekly, semesterly interviews booked and attended targets Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Keyin brand professionally at all times

What You'll Bring

1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or call center environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making high volumes of phone calls daily Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with CRM tools is an asset Self-motivated, results-driven and resilience performing to targets Comfort with performance metrics and KPI's
