We're currently seeking passionate and connected individuals to join our outreach team as Student Recruiters/ Sales Representative(Marketers) -- helping us reach motivated individuals looking to build a better future through education.
Role Summary:
As a Student Recruiter, you'll connect potential students with CHBC's diploma programs through community outreach, referrals, events, social media, and personal networks. Your goal is to identify students who are a good fit for our programs and guide them through the admissions process.
This is a
fully
commission-based role
. For every student who successfully enrolls and receives funding, you will earn $3,000 per enrollee (no cap) with bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote CHBC's diploma programs (Medical Office Assistant, Pharmacy Assistant, Massage Therapy, Hospitality, etc.)
Find and refer potential students through networking, events, or online outreach
Answer basic program questions and direct leads to CHBC Admissions for follow-up
Maintain communication with leads until they apply or enroll
Work independently, with optional support from the CHBC marketing team
Requirements:
Must be self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people
Previous experience in marketing, outreach, sales, or recruiting is an asset (not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Access to phone, email, and basic social media platforms
Understanding of or willingness to learn about CHBC's programs and student funding options
Compensation:
$3,000 per successfully enrolled, no fixed salary

We Are Looking For:
Driven individuals to join CHBC. This is a fully commission-based role, similar to a sales position, where you'll find and refer prospective students to our programs. You must be comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and working independently. Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset are essential.
