Are you passionate about the beauty and wellness industry? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork drives success? The Aveda Institute Winnipeg is looking for an Admissions Advisor to help guide prospective students on their journey into the beauty industry.

This role is part of a two-person admissions team , working closely with another advisor to ensure enrollment goals are met. Together, you'll build relationships, conduct tours, and develop recruitment strategies to keep our classes full.

What You'll Do:

Student Recruitment & Enrollment

• Work as part of a collaborative admissions team to meet enrollment targets.
• Proactively source and convert student leads through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, emails, events, and referrals .
• Meet admissions benchmarks:
• Conduct engaging tours and information sessions to showcase the Aveda Institute experience.
• Follow up on all leads in a timely and organized manner .
• Partner with the marketing team to develop recruitment strategies and outreach initiatives.

Engagement & Community Outreach

• Develop relationships with high schools, salons, career centers, and community organizations .
• Organize and attend career fairs, school visits, and networking events to drive enrollment.
• Host Aveda Education Information Sessions to attract new students.

Admissions Process & Administration

• Ensure all admissions paperwork is complete before enrollment ( contracts, deposits, transcripts, etc. ).
• Maintain and manage a shared database of prospective students and graduates.
• Submit reports accurately and on time as requested.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with the other Admissions Advisor , Institute Director, and leadership team to align on recruitment goals.
• Foster a welcoming, supportive environment for prospective students.
• Represent the Aveda brand professionally in all interactions.

Work Schedule:

• Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday & Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
