We are also a leading supplier of uranium refining, conversion, and fuel manufacturing services from our operations in Ontario.The RoleThe Administrator, Support Systems, is key to efficient day to day operation of the Technical Services department and will report to the Manager, Business Intelligence, Technical Services.In this role, you will:

  • With a focus on quality and accuracy, administer end to end departmental processes including timekeeping, onboarding/off-boarding, contractor (contingent worker) management and training
  • Provide basic orientation to new hires.
  • Manage hardware and software assets for the team.
  • Support the TS team in application of process and use of tools, troubleshooting issues and escalating for technical support when required.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests and complete other tasks as assigned.
Required:
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Digital literacy, demonstrated ability to learn new software
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Recommended:
  • Experience with electronic file sharing networks of web-based document systems
  • Experience with SAP (S4), SuccessFactors, FieldGlass, and/or ISNet
