Looking to hire an Administration in Vaughan!

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
$20.00-$22.00/hour (depending on experience)
In Office Position
This is a temporary position for 3 months, however strong possibility of the role going longer!

Requirements:
2-3 years of customer service experience
Administrative experience
Experience with Collections and/or AR is considered a huge asset
Strong attention to detail
Team player with positive attitude
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Job Duties:
Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
Contact customers regarding overdue accounts
Review and reconcile of customer accounts
Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, late payment and other irregularities
Resolve payment discrepancies
Process credit card payments
Analyze customer payment patterns and develop strategies to improve cash flow
Update management on overdue accounts
Other duties as assigned
