Our Administrators are the backbone of our customer experience as they support all aspects of the insolvency documentation preparation and management process from sign-up to discharge. Your work will never be the same from 1 day to the next! Because of our continuous growth, the pace can be fast at times, but our focus on collaboration gets us through together.

We are looking for an individual interested in supporting our growing business on an on-site 8:30am to 4:30pm M-F shift in our Hampton NB office.

The Position Responsibilities:



The perfect candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks around the planning and delivery of consumer insolvency services including:

Review and process all documentation related to insolvency filings; Communicate with debtors, creditors, and stakeholders in a professional manner; Prepare correspondence, reports, and filings for submission to the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and courts; Maintain accurate and organized case files; Support Trustees in managing deadlines and compliance requirements; Manage and coordinate multiple calendars; Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership to contribute to the development of innovative ideas and approaches to improve work processes; Deliver respectful and empathetic service to clients and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Who you are:



Education and Experience

Post-secondary education in business, accounting, or legal administration (preferred) Completion of the Insolvency Administration course (asset but not required) 2+ years of work experience in administration, legal, financial, or customer services (required).
Skills:

Excellent organizational, time management, and strong business communication skills, written and verbal The ability to multitask and ability to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong computer literacy
Salary commensurate with experience.

Our interview process typically consists of a quick pre-screen with HR for skills and education, a panel interview with the hiring manager and 2 other team members for team fit, experience, and ability, and a third chat with our CEO for organizational fit.
