We are looking for a part-time Front desk administrator.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Booking/Confirming Appointments through Broker Bay, paging agents with details
Answer, Screen and forward telephone calls in an efficient and professional manner
Broker Load listings and make changes on the Toronto MLS
Data entry and drafting of real estate related documents
Greet clients, daily administration work, etc
Knowledge on MLS, Brokerbay, authentisign, and other Real Estate platform preferred.
Create digital and printed marketing material including eposters, printed postcard, signs, brochure, etc.
Manage social media channels on a daily basis: Instagram, Tiktok, etc. Bring in creative ideas to gain followers for our brokerage channels.
Create email blast with mailchimp
Manage company websites, update with new projects and information.
Qualifications:
Admin/Marketing Experience in Real Estate brokerage preferred
Independent and self-motivated, able to work under pressure
Excellent customer service skill
Strong Ad writing skills and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of digital platforms
Familiar with Email blast Mailchimp.
Proficient in using design programs i.e. canva
