Massage Addict is Canadian owned, Canada's first and largest membership-based massage therapy provider with over 100 clinics currently open nationwide. Massage Addict offers a membership program, which allows members to enhance health and wellness through regular massage therapy treatments. We offer direct billing to most insurance companies, which is a convenience for our clients that we are proud to offer.

We are now hiring a

Guest Service Administrator

- seeking someone with exceptional administrative and communication skills, along with strong attention to detail, an ability to multitask efficiently, and the desire to contribute to company growth!

The ideal candidate must be flexible, as our GSA schedule does include daytime, evening and weekend shifts to meet clinic's operation needs. We are accepting both part-time and full-time applications. Admin/customer service experience required.

Hours of Operation:



Monday - Friday 9am-9pm

Saturday - Sunday 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:



Welcome new and existing clients upon arrival with a friendly greeting, check them in for their appointments, providing paperwork for 'first time visits' (Health History Form & Benefit Consignment Form). Assist with client appointments for both massage and chiropractic treatments using Booker; Respond to phone calls and emails that may relate to booking/cancelling/rescheduling appointments with excellent customer service. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with clinic operating procedures, including maintenance of the reception area and treatment rooms. Laundering hand towels, blankets, fitted and regular sheets throughout shift. Embody a positive attitude with working knowledge of all Massage Addict services, prices, and membership terms.

Requirements & Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, providing a high level of client-focused service and satisfaction. Superior communication, telephone skills and email etiquette required. Professionalism, positive energy, patient and friendly with great people skills. Excellent organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must. Access to reliable transportation with a record of punctuality at recent employment - to be validated by recent professional references.

Competitive wage starting at $19/hour, plus payable commissions.

Schedule:

Clinic is open 7 days a week, we are currently hiring for afternoon/evening and weekend coverage

Full-Time Employees will be scheduled 35-40 hrs/week Part-Time Employees will be scheduled 15-25 hrs/week
