Customer Experience Associate

who's organized, upbeat, and ready to be the face of our facility.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for guests--on the phone and in person. You'll help keep everything running smoothly by:

Greeting and assisting guests with a positive, welcoming attitude Scheduling race times and managing daily bookings Answering calls and helping with questions or directions Coordinating event bookings and checking in participants Keeping track of bookings and updating guest profiles Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Helping with basic admin and day-to-day tasks around the facility

Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or admin role Strong communication skills and a friendly, team-focused attitude Comfortable using phones, computers, and scheduling systems Good with basic math and problem-solving on the fly Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Reliable and available to work evenings and weekends

Front desk or admin: 1 year (preferred)

Education:

Secondary School

Schedule Includes:

8-hour shifts Evening shifts Weekends and holidays as needed
