Adecco is currently seeking experienced Administrative Support professionals to join their team. These are 1 year contract positions located in both Bowmanville and Pickering, ON. The role involves handling highly confidential information, providing administrative assistance to multiple managers, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the accuracy of documentation. The ideal candidate must have 3 years of administrative experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills.

Detailed :
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information related to various business matters and general administration.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and other team members as needed.
  • Prepare and complete all required supporting documentation accurately and promptly, including reports, presentations, invoices, communications, tables, charts, and files.
  • Adhere to appropriate due diligence procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency in administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit 40 accurate words per minute keyboarding skills.
  • Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of general office procedures and practices.
Candidate\'s Profile:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience supporting multiple managers.
  • Advanced software proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Keyboarding skills of at least 40 accurate words per minute.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of general office procedures and practices.
