Your Opportunity:This position provides administrative and clinical staffing operations support to the Unit Managers of the Medicine and CCU Portfolio regarding the coordination of all staff-related activities within the unit/service areas. This position works with the unit managers to coordinate and ensure baseline staff scheduling across classifications in a unionized environment. An essential role in liaising with multiple business areas within the zone. Examples include Provincial Staffing Services Red Deer, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Position Management, This Business Advisory Services, Rotation Management and the HR Contact Centre. The Liaison is responsible for ensuring that the business of staffing and scheduling the units/area operates effectively and efficiently which in turn supports the managers in providing quality patient care.Description:As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
