The Tertiary Child & Adolescent Mental Health Program with Recovery Alberta has an opportunity for a detail-oriented, self-motivated and experienced multitasker to join our team. As the Administrative V, you will fill a key role supporting the Program Manager, Unit/Care Managers at the Royal Alexandra Hospital and the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital, as well as the Clinical Nurse Educator. The incumbent will perform a variety of administrative functions including calendar management, meeting organization, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents, minute taking, supporting recruitment processes, purchasing, and assisting with other clerical tasks that are required to support the program. Along with these administrative tasks, the successful candidate will assist in planning and organizing special / education events (e.g. booking venues, organizing logistics). A high standard of critical thinking, problem solving, and strong organizational skills are required along with the ability to manage various competing demands with tight deadlines, working independently with minimal supervision. Creativity, flexibility, initiative and attention to detail are important elements for success. The position displays leadership within own peer group. The position requires the ability to be collaborative, maintain a positive, respectful and professional demeanor. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024.
