Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Patient Care Manager for General Internal Medicine, the Administrative Support V is responsible for supporting the PCM\'s and UM\'s. Duties include but are not limited to: Scheduling and calendar maintenance, minute taking, supporting recruitment processes and assisting with clerical program tasks.

As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration). Additional Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point). Demonstrated ability to collaborate. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications:

1 year experience within AHS. 3 years\' experience as an administrative support person. Experience in RMS, ESP, ROCA, Connect Care software programs. Excellent written and verbal communication. Basic knowledge in medical terminology, Strong attention to detail. Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
