Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager of the Forensic Adolescent Program (FAP), the Administrative Support V carries the lead responsibility for all administrative aspects of services offered at FAP, the Calgary Diversion Service (Salvation Army Center of Hope) and the Not Criminally Responsible (NCR) Community Recovery Homes. This position will involve some travel between sites. The incumbent supports members of the leadership team, including maintaining schedules, arranging meetings and tracking action items. The incumbent monitors spending of the above-noted programs, assists other administrative staff with payroll time entry, provides support to the recruitment process, reviews staff expense claim submissions, is the primary IT contact, ensures appropriate administrative staff coverage, assists with administrative staff hiring, assists with documentation for onboarding and terminations and provides supervision to administrative staff. The AS V completes their work with minimal guidance, using their enhanced skills to perform these specialized duties. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024.
