McCain Fertilizer (a Division of McCain Produce) in Grand Falls, New Brunswick has an immediate opening for Administrative Support. The position is responsible to perform all assigned duties which include front office reception and customer service, reporting and inventory records keeping.

JOB PURPOSE:

Provide administrative support to the Office Administrator and Operations supervisor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Front office reception, manage phone calls and work with production to deliver the orders timely and accurately.
• Input incoming and outgoing inventory (chemicals, grass, fertilizer, grain)
• Maintaining and balancing inventory items (chemicals, grass, fertilizer, grain)
• Assist with Weekly & Monthly reporting.
• Provide support to Health & Safety as well as other industry audits.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Good customer service and organizational skills
• Minimum of one year experience in office administration
• Thorough and detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task and work with speed and accuracy.
• Effective Bilingual communication skills (oral and written)
• Tact and diplomacy - ensure professionalism when dealing with customers and coworkers.
• Experienced with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Willingness to work flexible hours is a requirement with extended hours during spring and fall.
