Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM based on program needs

Key Responsibilities
Reception and client coordination
Organize documents and filings
Support bookkeeping and training teams
Assist with GST/PST, invoicing, courier coordination
Maintain filing systems
Qualifications & Skills
Office admin or business diploma
Strong communication skills
QuickBooks Online an asset
Experience with Indigenous communities an asset
