Coordonnateur(trice) administratif(ve) et de la paie

sera responsable des taches quotidiennes de bureau, de la preparation de la paie et de l'administration financiere de base. Une formation et un accompagnement seront offerts, faisant de ce poste une excellente opportunite pour une personne en debut de carriere.

Responsabilites principales



Preparer et traiter la paie avec precision (feuilles de temps, heures des employes et dossiers) Tenir a jour les dossiers des employes et soutenir le processus d'integration Saisir et organiser les depenses, factures et recus Assister a la preparation et au soutien des declarations TPS/TVQ Gerer les taches de bureau : classement, numerisation, courriels et planification Coordonner avec les comptables externes, les fournisseurs et les organismes gouvernementaux au besoin

Qualifications



Diplome, certificat ou cours en administration de bureau, comptabilite, RH ou domaine connexe (un atout) Une certaine experience en administration, en paie ou en tenue de livres (stage ou experience cooperative acceptee) Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Solides competences en organisation et en gestion du temps Grande attention aux details et respect de la confidentialite Bilinguisme (francais et anglais) un atout

Administrative & Payroll Coordinator

to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone organized, motivated, and eager to grow their career in administration, payroll, and office support.

Role Overview


The

Administrative & Payroll Coordinator

will be handling day-to-day office tasks, payroll preparation, and basic financial administration. Training and guidance will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone early in their career.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and process payroll with accuracy (timesheets, employee hours, and records) Maintain up-to-date employee files and assist with onboarding paperwork Enter and organize expenses, invoices, and receipts Assist with GST/QST tax preparation and filing support Handle office tasks such as filing, scanning, emails, and scheduling Coordinate with external accountants, vendors, and government agencies as needed

Qualifications



Diploma, certificate, or coursework in Office Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field (an asset) Some experience in administration, payroll, or bookkeeping (internship or co-op experience welcomed) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and confidentiality Bilingual (English & French) an asset
