Fetch Laundry Network is a modern textile-care company built on over 60 years of family expertise. We specialize in premium laundry and dry cleaning services, free pick-up and delivery, and textile restoration for residential, commercial, and insurance clients. As we continue to grow across Southwestern Ontario, we're looking for an Operations Manager to help lead day-to-day execution and elevate our service standards.
The Role
The Administrative Operations Manager is the bridge between ownership and daily operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that people, processes, and service delivery run smoothly, efficiently, and consistently across all locations and routes.
This is a

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Workflow
Oversee daily production, routing, and delivery operations
Ensure service timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Monitor KPIs related to turnaround time, quality, and customer satisfaction
Team Leadership
Supervise and support frontline staff, drivers, and supervisors
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
Set clear expectations and maintain accountability
Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented workplace culture
Customer Experience
Act as an escalation point for customer service issues
Ensure consistent, high-quality service across all touchpoints
Support retention of key residential, commercial, and restoration clients
Administration & Coordination
Coordinate schedules, staffing coverage, and time-off requests
Work closely with ownership on priorities, reporting, and growth initiatives
Support inventory oversight, vendor coordination, and equipment needs
Maintain compliance with internal policies and operational procedures
What We're Looking For
Required
3+ years experience in administrative operations and service management
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Highly organized with excellent follow-through
Comfortable problem-solving in real time
Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
Drivers License
Preferred (but not required)
Experience in laundry, dry cleaning, restoration or service businesses
Familiarity with scheduling, routing, or POS/CRM systems
