IBC International Bar Coding Systems & Consulting Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced?Administrative Manager?to oversee daily administrative and office operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth business operations by coordinating administrative, production, and logistics activities while supporting management through effective organization and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the production team and supervise administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth production processes.
Maintain accurate administrative and operational records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, purchasing, and administrative budgets.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, staff schedules, and office resources to ensure efficient daily operations.
Prepare reports and performance summaries for senior management to support operational planning and decision-making.
Oversee logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, documentation, and inventory coordination.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents, and liaise with customers regarding orders and deliveries.
Oversee inventory management processes, including stock monitoring, reconciliation, forecasting, and coordination with production and procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Liaise with the Financial Controller to support budgeting, cost control, inventory valuation, audits, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 3?years of experience?as an Administrative Manager or in a similar role.
Minimum 2?years of experience using QuickBooks.
Strong ability to manage invoices, estimates, and client orders.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to oversee logistics and operational workflows efficiently.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in?Business Administration?(required).
