Our business unit based in Sarnia, specialized in industrial cleaning, is looking for an Administrative Manager for a full-time permanent position.
Your Role
Lead and train your region's administrative team
Prepare and analyze monthly project results and reports
Validate monthly reports with the Business Unit Director
Prepare financial and statistical summaries for management
Participate in annual budget preparation
Oversee invoice validation, tracking, and follow-up
Compile, update, and monitor personnel administrative files (time and attendance, payroll, work stoppages, etc.).

Profile
5+ years of experience in administration or accounting
Proven supervisory or leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong sense of teamwork and service focus
* Diploma or degree in Administration or Accounting is an asset
