Canadian Form Rentals Ltd. is a trusted provider of concrete form rentals and related construction solutions across the Lower Mainland. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, reliable equipment, and supporting our clients from project start to finish.We are seeking an Administrative & Customer Support Coordinator to join our team 2-3 days per week, working closely with our office staff and customers. This role is part of a shared, full-time position in partnership with our sister company, Safe Lift Equipment Training (Langley, BC), providing full-time hours Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities at Canadian Form Rentals

Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone and emailPrepare and process rental contracts, invoices, and customer files. Assist with accounts receivable, including follow-ups on overdue invoicesMaintain and update inventory records. Assist with scheduling deliveries and pickupsCreate marketing graphics and promotional content using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar toolsPerform social media posting to promote servicesKeep the office organized and maintain accurate records

---Shared Role DetailsSchedule: Tuesday to Saturday (approx. 40 hours/week total)

Canadian Form Rentals: 2-3 days/weekSafe Lift Equipment Training: 2-3 days/week (administration and marketing support)

All work is on-site in Langley, BC---

Qualifications

Administrative and/or customer service experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills for phone, email, and social mediaProficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar design toolsStrong computer skills (MS Office, email, and social media platforms)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesConstruction or equipment rental industry experience is an asset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
