The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized
Administrative Coordinator
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organized, enjoys supporting others, and can confidently oversee projects, timelines, and systems in a professional yet welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and well-organized digital and physical filing systems
Oversee projects, deadlines, and internal timelines to ensure smooth daily operations
Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Coordinate administrative workflows and support multiple team members
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external contacts
Identify opportunities to improve processes and office efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in an administrative or office coordination role
Strong organizational, filing, and time-management skills
Experience working with CRM systems (required)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule
Regular Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Seasonal Requirement:
Availability to work some evenings and weekends during
March and April
In exchange, employees enjoy
4-day work weeks from June 15 to September 1
