Since 1909, the association has helped rural municipalities achieve strong, effective, local government. The RMA provides advocacy, insurance, and business services, including cooperative procurement through the Canoe Procurement Group of Canada.RMA Insurance was incorporated in 1955 to provide Alberta municipal jurisdictions with access to reasonably priced and comprehensive insurance protection. Innate to the program is its ability to leverage its large insurance volumes, which increases its bargaining power with various insurance carriers. RMA Insurance has steadily expanded to include members such as local authorities, schools, seniors\' housing, and other non-profit organizations.The RMA is seeking an Insurance Administrative Coordinator.The RMA Insurance Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative, planning, and organizational support to the General Manager of Insurance and Manager of Administration. They will also and assist in meeting the organization\'s operations and marketing plans\' objectives. In all cases, this position is expected to work in a team environment for dealing with issues, events and programs.This is a full-time, permanent position.
