Administrative Coordinator (ft)

Job Description

They are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join their dynamic construction team! This position will be a key asset to planning, organizing, and completing operations related to ongoing projects. Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor building portals.
  • Accurate and time-sensitive data entry.
  • Coordinate and schedule technicians for onsite construction activities.
  • Perform or arrange for reviews of existing builder plans and schedules, and interpret the impact on the project.
  • Purchase job materials as required throughout the project phases.
  • Assist technicians and advise of all changes in the scope of work.
  • Responsible for ensuring schedules are completed accurately and within deadlines.
  • Liaise with external consultants and vendors as required.
  • Additional administrative support as required.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a business administrative capacity is well regarded.
  • Previous experience in plumbing or construction would be an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Able to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining professional composure.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well independently.
  • Flexible to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
