About the Opportunity: We are seeking Property Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance, operations, and general handyman tasks of locations across organization\xe2\x80\x99s Residential Services, enVision Possibilities, Kindale Industries, Eastman Employment Services, and administrative offices portfolio. Stewarding resources to ensure high standards of quality of infrastructure, sites, and services while maintaining strong working relationships with staff members and person supported.

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Educational Background of Highschool/GED Highschool. Trades certificate related to Facilities Operations will be considered an asset.

\xc2\xb7 2 years working experience in skills trades

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge and skills to perform small home renovations is considered an asset, with the ability to perform small repairs (e.g. caulking, replacing washers, and replacing light fixtures). Highly motivated and able to work independently

\xc2\xb7 Project Management and Vendor Management Skillset

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Occupational, Safety, Health & Risk Management

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and problem-solving skills, while demonstrating excellent time management and project management skills.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Database Platform.

\xc2\xb7 Experience working or volunteering in Human Services is an asset

\xc2\xb7 Valid Manitoba Class 5F license and access to vehicle required

\xc2\xb7 Clear Adult & Child Abuse Registry and satisfactory Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector. Document will be considered current if obtained no more than 3 months prior to start of employment

\xc2\xb7 Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination

Additional Information

\xc2\xb7 Hours of Work: 70 hours bi-weekly, on-call from Friday 7:00pm-Monday 7:00am

\xc2\xb7 Location: Steinbach, Manitoba. The role is also expected to visit locations within Steinbach, Niverville, Ste. Anne, and La Broquerie.
