We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative assistant and Bookkeeping skills an asset to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and processing invoices, providing purchase orders, managing accounts and posting payables. This role requires proficiency in MS Excel, in Sage/Simply Accounting software and an understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Duties
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software Sage
Process accounts payable
Assist with payroll
Perform account reconciliation
Answering phones, lighr office tasks
Collaborate and assist Vice President with many tasks
Experience
Some experience in bookkeeping
Proficiency in accounting software including Sage and MS Excel
Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and budgeting practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
