Underwriting Assistant-Insurance
**Hybrid position must work 3 days in office**
Located Downtown Hamilton
Permanent position
8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Downtown Hamilton location
Up to 48K to start

Responsibilities include:
\xc2\xb7 Data Entry
\xc2\xb7 Process new business files
\xc2\xb7 Issue filings and permits
\xc2\xb7 Filing
\xc2\xb7 Creation of documents and correspondence
\xc2\xb7 General office duties
\xc2\xb7 Data calculations
\xc2\xb7 Communication with other departments
\xc2\xb7 Respond to customer requests
Qualifications:
Insurance/Commerce/Accounting or Finance Degree/Diploma is required
1-2 years relevant administrative experience
Intermediate word & excel skills.
Strong data entry skills.
Good attention to detail.
Strong math abilities
