We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an Admin Assistant/Title Clerk. The work location for this position is Edmonton, Alberta, and is considered a Fully On-site role.

Hours are typically Monday to Friday and will be varying and alternating start times within this position, we are looking for people that have open availability for the hours of 7am- 5 pm to ensure that all shifts are covered. During auction day events, the hours could vary as well.

The Opportunity:

The primary responsibility of the Admin Assistant/Title Clerk is to assist with many departments, the PO\xe2\x80\x99s and process invoices and follow thru if there are issues. Being a go to person for our receptionists, CSR\xe2\x80\x99s, TM\xe2\x80\x99s. Several admin duties that are not listed. Will need to be \xc2\xbc part of registration/titles team and learn their processes which are consistently changing. The Admin Assistant/Title Clerk position is one position that needs to have the ability to be able to be pulled away several times and return to there desk and carry on. To have the utmost organizational skills as this position wears many hats. Including acting as a conduit of information and ensures the processes of the Registration/Titles department are followed with a great attention to detail so success is achieved each sale.

In this role you\'ll:

  • Have the detailed knowledge of our local Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) rules and regulations as well as rules and regulations for all jurisdictions Ritchie Bros deals with day to day as they relate to the sale of Motor Vehicles/Trailers/Equipment
  • Maximize the sales and profitability by monitoring costs and help shrink associated with auction administration.
  • Create an environment which reflects the company philosophy of exceptional customer service by monitoring and managing service levels.
  • Keeps the teams in the main office moving, if they hit a bump in setting up their devices or giving them the information or contacts needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, motor vehicle branches, financial institutions to obtain information or solve problems
Here\'s what you bring:
  • High School Diploma
  • DMV document processing experience
  • Strong computer skills including ability to learn new systems and to enter data quickly.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
