Job Description

SHIBLEY RIGHTON LLP is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with our busy Condominium Lien Department. Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment is a must. This is a full time position,

in office

, located in downtown Toronto.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

Detail oriented
Pleasant and professional disposition as considerable contact with clients and unit owners
File management including opening new files
Teraview searches and registering lien discharges
Receiving and sending payments
Drafting statements of arrears and updating in the system
Printing and packaging of Form 14's and Certificate on Lien Notices
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Team player
Works independently with minimal supervision
Works well under pressure
Takes initiative
Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately and effectively
Strong computer skills- Teraview, WORD, iManage, Outlook, Excel
