Experience with financial software and CRM systems is valuable. Securities industry experience is an asset but not required - we will train the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:
Client Service:
Process new account applications and transfers
Prepare client meeting packages and follow-up documentation
Coordinate with custodians and insurance carriers
Maintain client files and CRM database
Handle routine client inquiries and service requests
Administrative Support:
Support investment proposal and financial plan preparation
Process client transaction requests
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting logistics
Prepare correspondence and client communications
Assist with quarterly reporting and year-end processes
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting wage of $27/hour based on experience
