We are an established fee-based financial planning firm. We deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to families across Edmonton and Western Canada. We believe exceptional client service is fundamental to helping our clients achieve their financial goals.

Job Type:

35 hours weekly or .85 FTE

Office Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM (specific schedule to be determined)

Must have exceptional organizational skills, maintain strict confidentiality, and work independently while supporting our advisory team. Experience with financial software and CRM systems is valuable. Securities industry experience is an asset but not required - we will train the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:



Client Service:



Process new account applications and transfers Prepare client meeting packages and follow-up documentation Coordinate with custodians and insurance carriers Maintain client files and CRM database Handle routine client inquiries and service requests

Administrative Support:



Support investment proposal and financial plan preparation Process client transaction requests Manage appointment scheduling and meeting logistics Prepare correspondence and client communications Assist with quarterly reporting and year-end processes

Compensation & Benefits:

Regulatory Note:

This position may require registration with provincial securities regulators. We will support qualified candidates through the registration process.
