Administrative Assistant: Waterloo




Full-Time Temporary: 6 Months Contract





As an Administrative Assistant within CBI Health, you will help be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community health care organization providing high-quality services throughout Waterloo and surrounding area. This position is based in our Waterloo Home Health office and is a full-time position working with a great team.



The salary range for this

entry level position

is $35,000 to $41,000 annually.


PRIMARY

DUTIES





As an entry level Administrative Assistant you will:


Serve as backup receptionist for lunchtime and time off Track, order, and assemble PPE for field staff Enter and audit employee and client data Support mobility device deployment and troubleshooting Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Perform general office duties and provide administrative support to leadership team Assist team with program requirements

QUALIFICATIONS





To take on the role of Administrative Assistant, you must have:


Previous experience in medical office/business administration Well-developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment A professional customer service attitude A creative approach with a can-do attitude Effective problem-solving skills Medical Terminology is an asset
