Seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant. The position requires strong organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality at all times. We're looking for an individual who has training in office administration and can work independently with minimal supervision. Output: The position of Administrative Assistant will be available as of June 1, 2023.
Responsibilities:
Manage day to day running of small counselling business.
Keep control of invoicing, payments, receipts.
Able to manage several counselling contracts, including keeping track of required forms and paperwork.
Complete monthly billing related to contracts.
Manage several work schedules.
Able to use MS Office Word and Excel.
Requires excellent communication skills to deal with contracts and clients.
Must be comfortable with dogs and cats, who live on the premises.
Job Type: Part-time Part-time hours: 10 - 15 per week
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
