Administrative Assistant (trucking Industry)

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious & outgoing administrative assistant who is able to work Monday through Friday 8am -5pm with a little flexibility.

Main responsibilities:



Answer and direct phone calls politely and professionally General office duties Data entry Handle administrative requests and queries from senior management

Key Skills:



Working knowledge of office equipment Proficiency in MS Office, notably

Excel

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Attention to detail Problem solving skills

Requirements:



High School Diploma & Accounting Certificate Trucking experience is an asset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 -$25.00 per hour

Experience:

administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred) Trucking Industry: 1 year (required)
