Let\'s solve the big problems together. Responsibilities: Project Assistant and Coordination:

  • Provide administrative support for the Toronto office
  • Coordinate activities, resources and information
  • Build strong positive relationships while interacting with Project Managers, clients, project staff as well as IT staff
  • Greet and assist clients
  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Ensuring project files are current and up to date
  • Support information gathering for our proposals team including formatting proposals, reports and memos etc.
  • Support office health and safety program
  • Coordinate with GHD suppliers/vendors, and property management to support the management of the office
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a general office administration role
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent education considered an asset
  • Energetic, self-motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate several high-priority deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain long-lasting relationships
  • Great teammate with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as demonstrate a sense of initiative and ownership
  • An ability to think outside the box and thrive on new challenges along with strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
