Academy Canada is one of the strongest and fastest growing Career Colleges in the Atlantic regions. With 35 programs, 1,200 students and a staff of 195, we are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team. The Harding Road Location has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant. Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct incoming telephone calls using proper telephone etiquette.
  • Greet all visitors to the campus
  • Provide support to all staff and students.
  • Provide administrative support on a daily basis.
  • Manage and maintain stationary levels and consumables
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, and calling for repairs.
  • Participate and help with all Campus events.
  • Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Maintain a professional environment at all times.

Education/Training Required: Minimum college diploma from an office related program and a minimum of one (1) year experience in a related occupation. Please note this position is for 3 months with the possibility of extension. Job Type: Fixed term contract Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
