The role of an Administrative Assistant is to assist project management in reviewing, testing, documenting, training and providing user support for our custom software systems and other web based applications. Responsibilities Assist project management in software project review, testing, documentation, training and client support. Assist in providing ongoing services including client requests, customization requests and user support. Assist in the initial interview and discovery of client overview and project requirements. Assist in researching and preparing project briefs. Learning to use and administer software systems and be able to train and support client side usage. Maintain indepth knowledge and understanding of our solutions, processes and case studies. Qualifications Education in business administrations or equivalent experience. Understanding of business management, administrations, operations, workflow, processes and more. Experience in customer service and support. Ability to engage with new and potential clients. Ability to learn new software system usage and administration. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and driven to succeed. Excellent and professional communications and interpersonal skills.
