We are a growing immigration consulting office seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant / Receptionist & Personal Assistant to join our team.Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage email correspondence and forward inquiries to the appropriate team members
Perform general administrative tasks: filing, printing, scanning, organizing documents, maintaining office supplies and inventory
Assist with scheduling client appointments and maintaining calendars
Prepare and format simple documents, forms, and letters as needed
Assist with responding to basic social media inquiries and providing light marketing support (posting updates, stories, etc.)
Keep reception and common areas clean and organized
Coordinate courier and mail services (receive and send parcels/documents)
Provide occasional personal assistance to the immigration consultant and team (e.g. picking up office supplies, printing off-site, buying lunch when needed, scheduling personal appointments)
Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, printing/scanning)
Reliability, punctuality, and discretion with confidential information are a must
Schedule
Approximately 25 hours per week
Shifts between Monday and Friday to be coordinated with the office team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Work Location: In person
