Bay and College Physiotherapy and Rehab is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Manage patient intake, ensuring accurate collection of personal and medical information.
Send timely appointment reminders via email and phone.
Respond to patient inquiries over the phone.
Handle patient check-ins, process payments, and issue receipts.
Process insurance claims and verify coverage.
Draft and submit invoices for WSIB patients.
Manage MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) patient processing.
Follow up with patients regarding interest in medical products.
Monitor office supply inventory and notify the Front Desk Manager when replenishment is needed.
