CCATCM is looking for someone to be a consistent and positive presence in the main office of the college. Experience working in an educational setting is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and written/verbal communication are a must. Position available for Full-time or Part-Time
Duties will include:
Assisting in the daily operations of the college including answering the phone, replying to administrative emails in a timely fashion, managing student files, collecting payments, ordering supplies, booking patients into the student clinic, and other tasks as needed.
Providing assistance to the management team, instructors, and students.
Creating and maintaining correspondence on behalf of the College, including regular communication with the Department of Labour and Advanced Education.
Bookkeeping experience strongly preferred
Required Skills and Attributes:
Excellent formal writing skills with strong attention to detail in grammar and punctuation
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite applications. Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to multitask
Must have reliable transportation
An outgoing, friendly personality
