Administrative Assistant Permanent Position (brossard)

Job Description

Our client, a well-established international company located in Brossard, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is a permanent, in-office position offering excellent working conditions in a fast-paced, professional, and people-oriented environment.
What the company offers:
- Permanent full-time position (37.5 hours/week)
- Salary between $60,000 and $70,000, based on experience and educational background
- Annual bonus of 5%
- 3 weeks of vacation from the start
- 1 paid week off during holidays
- 5 personal days
- Comprehensive group insurance after 30 days (health, dental, vision, life, etc.)
- Group RRSP with employer contribution after 3 months
- Flexible schedule between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Free on-site parking
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Director and three VPs (both Canadian and American)
- Schedule meetings, book rooms, and coordinate catering
- Serve as the point of contact for employees and visitors
- Manage office supplies, building access, and coordinate with vendors
- Organize internal events and business travel
- Handle various administrative tasks related to office management
- Work in a fast-paced environment where autonomy, attention to detail, and initiative are highly valued
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- DEP or DEC in administration or office technology
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Independent, organized, professional, with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Other Language Requirement: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reasons for language requirement: Communication with customers, collaboration between internal teams, support for operations in another region, relations with partners or stakeholders from different cultures, customer support
- Frequency of use: Constantly (for almost all tasks)
