We are seeking a reliable, organized, and creative Administrative & Social Media Assistant to support our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative work and creative content creation. The position starts part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads via phone and email
Answer incoming emails and phone calls professionally
Schedule and manage appointments and bookings via Jane App
Maintain organized records and basic administrative tasks
Create and schedule social media posts across platforms
Assist with creating short-form videos and creative content for the company
Support day-to-day operations as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone and following up with leads
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and video
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working both in-person and remotely
