Job Description

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of club operations by delivering exceptional customer service and managing key administrative tasks. This individual contributes to member satisfaction by supporting daily operations, maintaining an organized work environment, and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. Reporting directly to the Administrative Director, the Administrative Assistant helps uphold the high standards of the organization through operational, customer service, and administrative excellence.

Operational Management



Facility Support:

Maintain an organized, clean work station to provide a welcoming environment for members and guests.

Transaction Management:

Accurately process payments and outstanding balances.

Court Bookings:

Assist in managing the club's online court booking system to ensure smooth daily operations.

Program Management:

Respond to inquiries about programs and assist with registrations.

Customer Service and Member Relations



Front Desk Operations:

Welcome members and guests warmly and provide assistance with their needs.

Phone and Email Management:

Answer phone calls, check messages, and manage the club's email account professionally.

Client Relations:

Assist in resolving member inquiries promptly and maintain a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.

Administrative Duties



Shift Scheduling:

Submit availability and record hours worked using our online platform (RISE HR). Pay is processed bi-weekly by direct deposit.

Administrative Support:

Perform tasks assigned by the Administrative Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Communication:

Retrieve and submit any outstanding balances as required to ensure financial accuracy.

Shift Availability and Hours of Work



Candidates must be available during the week between

10 am and 3 pm

or on weekends between

10 am and 3 pm

for initial training. Regular shifts include:

Monday - Friday, 4 pm - 11 pm
